So the water is draining out from the washer ok still not the drum isn't spinning the clothes is this correct?

Is the drum turning at all during the wash cycle?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The water is draining out and the drum spins but the washing is still dripping wet at the end of the spin.

Ok is the washer doing its fastest spin?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We used the cotton wash with pre wash and this should have the 1400 spin. The machine goes through the motions of spinning and sounds and looks as if it is spinning but the washing is still very wet at the end.

Ok for it to leave the clothes soaking wet then its either not draining out fast enough or not spinning fast enough.

If you stop the washer and select a spin only does this work?

Also were does the drain hose go to? Does it go under a sink?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It doesn't work on spin only. It has its own drain pipe, not under the sink.

Ok so when you say it doesn't work on spin only what actually happens when you set it going.

Is the drum tumbling?

Does it try and pick up into a fast spin then stop?

Also what load do you have in the washer when its doing this?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it starts going, tries to fast spin then stops does a few turns then tries again. All we have in it is two medium size towels.
Expert:  Daniel replied 1 year ago.

Ok sometimes if theres only a small load in there what can happen is the washer anti balances out so it aborts the spin and gives this kind of fault you have.

Stop the washer and open it and add another towel in there and then try it on a spin and see what happens.

Or empty the washer and try it empty and see if it does the spin then as this may just be down to the anti balance kicking in due to it being under loaded. So try adding more items in there and see if it spins then and let me know.
