Customer Question

Hi Daniel. I have a Zanussi ZWH 6160P.
Seems to be stuck on drain, or the water inlet valve won't allow water in. Any suggestions please?

When you set the washer going on a wash cycle what actually happens?

Is the drain pump running all the time?

Do you get any error codes coming up? If not then set the washer going and then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it and keep them held in. After a few seconds the error code will come up E??

Let me know the code.

Hello, this morning I started it again and the machine is allowing water in now, but it stops before the spin cycle.
Just held the two buttons together as you suggested and I get 3 red flashes.
There is no screen on this model to read an error code

Ok if theres no screen then when you do the above by holding the buttons in the start light will flash red and green. So count the number of red flashes then the number of green and let me know.
