Our S16-49 shows F18 and has stopped. You advised you would tell me what to do if i paid £11, so I completed my credit card details and then you wanted a passcode which I do not have. You said you would email it, but 30 minutes later it has still not arrived
( it is not in spam). Do I have to go through this stupid rigmorole all over again? Why do you need a password ***** well as my money?
