Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! It would be more likely that the vent is plugged and not allowing the air to vent. Have you verified the air is vent is clear?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Hi the vent is fine I have checked it's clear the model number is *****

If you turn the unit on, can you feel air at the vent exhaust?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is air at the outlet but not as much as I would expect for the noise

If there is air at the outlet, the motor is turning as it should. There has to be an obstruction somewhere in the venting.
