Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There is nothing in the oven that would cause that. I would contact the manufacturer of the pizza and have them explain what may have happened with their product. Be sure to have all of the information from the packaging so they can get any lot numbers and dates.
