When this happens it's usually either the pump faulty or it is blocked up in their

Remove the pump again and look on the underside of it and you will see like an elastic band in their check that isn't broken. If it is then the pump will need to be replaced.

If that is okay then you need to pull the condenser out from the bottom and then reach in at the back feel at the bottom you will find a drain channel. Check this isn't locked up as the water can bypass that and go into the heater panel at the back.

So check them so and see what you find is the fault will be either one of them.
