Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The electronic control board is likely going to need to be replaced. You can try a reset by turning the mains supply off for a few hours. Let me know what happens when power is turned back on.

Hi Kelly
I have taken filters out to see inside the unit to identify/locate where the unit is plugged into mains but I am unable to see the mains power cable or power point, any ideas for me? I checked the meter box and have confirmed the unit is not on a dedicated circuit so cannot isolate that way. I have checked all adjoining cupboards etc to confirm there is no visual power outlet that the unit is plugged in to?

It must be hard wired into a circuit for other things, probably lights.
