My beko dw603 is not filling but it's making a noise. We've taken the rack off at the bottom and that is full of water

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The water in the bottom will keep the drain pump running. The water will need to be completely dried out for the flood cycle to reset. Tipping the machine to a 45* angle will help the water to escape. After drying, you will need to address the source of the leak if it leaks again. Let me know how it goes.
