Customer Question

I opened the Neff oven door to check the food but when I tried to put the food back in, the door wouldn't close. There seems to be a problem with the top pins going into the oven frame.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I suspect the issue is with the hinges, they may have pulled out or the rivets may have come loose. Can you post a picture of what you see?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's not the hinges. There is some kind of block at the top where the pins go in. It is brand new oven (used about a dozen times). I am not sure whether there is some kind of seal that sucks the pins in.
