Ok what you need to do if the pump is running all the time is remove the outer wooden door panel.

Then remove the wooden plithn at the bottom of the kitchen.

Then you will see a metal cover below the door. Remove this cover.

Then from there make sure its unplugged and then look under the dishwasher and there you will see the base tray at the bottom.

The chances are this will be full of water. You need to soak up the water from there as the water will have activated a flood switch will be be keeping the pump running.

Once the water is soaked up the flood switch will reset itself and this will stop the pump from running all the time.

Then see how it goes from there and fingers crossed its just a one off overfill that caused this. But if it happens again then theres a leak under there which you need to find and fix.

Try the above and see what you find. If you need anymore info just get back to me.
