It is a hoover brand - HTK95AA

That number you posted is the model of the compressor. I need the model number of the appliance please.

If you look inside the fridge its usually on a sticker behind the salad box.

Thanks for that ive got it now.

If the fridge is freeing things in there then its either the fridge sensor at fault or the control board.

The bad news if its the fridge sensor then this cannot be replaced as the sensors are foamed into the liner at the back so theres no access to them.

So normal when a sensor failes the control unit will have to be replaced anyway as the new control unit will take control over the fridge rather then the sensor itself.

So as its freezing up in the fridge which every way it goes the control board will need to be replaced there to cure it im afraid.

Now these boards are very expensive. You are looking at about the £100 mark for the part itself so not a cheap fix im afraid.

Thanks a lot for this Daniel. Now that I know what the problem, I think it is probably better to start looking at a new fridge.
On a side note, I don't want to be on the monthly paying membership. I hope I will not be automatically charged further.

Thats probberly the better option here.

As to the membership thats something i dont have access to as i just answer the question. You will need to email customer services from your home page about that. But it isnt showing up that you are a monthly subsribition,
