My 5 year old Beko WM5120W washing machine keeps stopping

Customer Question

My 5 year old Beko WM5120W washing machine keeps stopping mid cycle. When it stops the start/pause button flashes.I can get through to the end of a cycle by pressing start/pause each time this happens. I have run the test mode and it seems to work fine. I have also had someone out to look at the machine yesterday who changed part of the motor, the problem persists and he's coming back today. I'm looking for a second opinion that I can present to him.

Sorry for the delay in getting to your question.

Has the engineer been out yet?

Did he find the fault?

If not does it do this on every cycle, Even a rinse only cycle?
