I thought I would get an answer quicker than this, will be ringing Neff help line in the next 30mins, dissappointed

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The E14 error means that the control module is not seeing any water entering the machine. Since it is new, have you made sure the water is turned on to the machine?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the water is on to the machine now but it was not when I checked the water flow! It's on now but I can't get rid of E14
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Unplug the machine for a few hours, that should clear the control memory.
