Hi Were abouts is the humming noise comming from? If you reset it and start a new cycle does the drain pump run? Regards
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Not sure sounds like the bottom, I did a reset started new cycle, still make a humming, buzzing noise but drain pump does not run
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The noise seems to be coming from inlet solenoid he thinks

Hi Ok if its from the valve then its asking for water but not getting it, Im taking it the water supply to the dishwasher is fine?If so then remove the left hand side panel. From there look in the bottom left corner and you will see the internal hose going from the water valve to the flow meter or filling tank.Check that hose and see if its knicked up as this can happen on these. If it has then remove the hose and cut a bit of the end and strighten it out and refit it and retry it from there and see how it goes. Check that first and see what you find and let me know. Regards

We have machine on worktop, can see hose it is not kinked.Water ok to machine has had to switch it off to pull out machine

Ok so is the humming noise defently from the fill hose? When you set it going fill the fill hose at the back were it screws to the water valve and do you feel it vibrting?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
How many volts should there be at the inlet solenoid
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes it is vibrating

Hi Ok if thats vibraing then theres power to it and its asking for water but not getting it. If the clear internal fill hose inside the dishwasher isnt kinked and water supply to it is fine then it can only be the water valve itself. As the valve is humming then it can only be the water supply, The internal hose or the water valve itself. Nothing else in there will cause this fault you have. So if the hoses are fine you are left with just the water valve here im afraid. Regards
