I have a kuppersbusch cafe profi machine, which is not working.
When I turn it on, all it says is please insert water (even when you have). I have tried resetting etc., but always comes up with the same answer.
Can you help?

I have tried resetting.
Turning off and on.
Taking all parts out, cleaning and reinserting.
None of this has made a difference as it still says 'Fill watertank' when you turn it on.
