Hi
Is there water above the filters now?
If not, pour some water into the machine and start any new cycle
It should drain for 45 seconds then stop
Open the door and tell me if the water is still there

Thanks
Rob

Water has virtually gone

Hi
Do you mean the water has gone from above the filters?

OK, and what happens next? Please give me as much detail as you can, remember I can only diagnose this from the informaton you give me
Thanks
Rob

I filled it as you said and put it on a cycle and it drained as you described and the machine made it's usual end of cycle beeping noise. When I checked the filter level the water had pretty much drained out

Oh well guess I'll deal with it myself then. Wondered how much help I'd get by this messaging anyway. Will have to save up and pay for an engineer to come out sometime.
