Hi, I'm Daniel and I'll be helping you today I've been repairing white goods for 20+ yrs. and currently work for a well-know manufacturer.

Sorry for delay in getting to your question, Do you still need help on this?

If so then if you set it to a spin only cycle do you hear the pump running?

If not then if you listen very carefully in the bottom right corner do you hear a slight humming noise from it?

Regards

Hi Daniel

Only just had a chance to try your suggestions - the pump doesn't appear to be running and there's no sound from the bottom right corner of the m/c. The front lights just return to flashing.

Thanks

Jo

Hi

Ok i just want to double check the error code its flashing.

When all the lights start to flash along the bottom look at the row of lights on the far right going down.

Number them from the bottom upwards with 1 at the bottom which should be the door lock.

Then when the lights flash cert***** *****ghts on there will be lit. Let me know which lights are just lit up,

Regards
