washing machine may be blocked with something in its pipe, as it was not rinsing properly either. This has happened once before, live in share house and it so its used frequently

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The most common cause of cycle issues is poor drainage. A great majority of washing machines have a pump clean out that may be removed to inspect and clean. Usually, there is an access door in the lower portion of the front panel. Does your machine have this clean out filter? May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
