Hi, I'm Daniel and I'll be helping you today I've been repairing white goods for 20+ yrs. and currently work for a well-know manufacturer.
Sorry for the delay do you still need help on this?
If so try this and see what happens and let me know.
Pull the washer out and remove the top.
From there you will see the metal dryer chamber on top running front to back.
At the very back you will see 4 wires for the dryer heater.
Remove them and tape them up and out the way.
Then retry the washer on a cycle and see what happens from there. If it starts to work then the dryer heater will be the fault. If you don't use the dryer then you can just leave it like this but if you do use the dryer then you need to replace the heater.
Try that and see what you find and let me know.
