HI Daniel...I have a Beko WMB91242LB...It has been running fine for the last 2.5 years... Today, it stops just at the point where it would put the softener in...I have tried pressing the start button for 3 seconds...The machine is now empty...I have left it off from the mains...It always returns to the same place... Saying it is at the point where it will use the softener...The time stays at 00:21... And now, the "run" indicator is flashing...Yes. This time, I kept the start button pressed until something happened.Answer Summary

Is the softner light lit up on the display?The program selector is the part behind the control dial. No worries just keep an eye on it and see how it goes as you shouldn't have to hold the start button that long, It should only take a few seconds.
As the selector switches can play up so if it happens again and that softner light is on then its probbley a faulty selector switch.
