Hi Daniel,
I have an error3 on my hoover washing machine. We have unclogged everything, we have check the pipes and everything has been unclogged but it is still showing the error03 message and it does not spin at the end of the cycle. Does it need to be reset or something?

When you set it to a spin can you hear the drain pump at the bottom running?
If not if you listen carefully at the bottom is there a humming noise from it?

Hi Daniel,

When I put it on Spin and Drain program it does work no error shows up but if I put a wash cycle on well at the end of the cycle it shows the error and does not spin. Yes I can hear the drain pump running but I am not sure about the humming noise. It does make a noise but nothing that is not unusual for a washing machine.

Ok The E03 error code is a draining issue so when its on a wash cycle and at the end when it shows it is there water still inside the machine?

Hi Daniel,

I have run a cycle and check if there was still water but there was none. Now I don't have an error03 anymore but a error16 now. Is that another issue now?

Hi
E16 error code is a heating fault. You need to test the heater at the back of the washer and check the wires as well. If you have a multi meter then you need to check the resistance of the heater. It should be about 28 Ohms. If faulty then you need to replace it.
