VerifiedHi, I'm Daniel and I'll be helping you today I've been repairing white goods for 20+ yrs. and currently work for a well-know manufacturer.
E03 is a draining fault error code.
What you need to do is check the filter. Remove the plastic trim on the front at the bottom and you will see the filter on the left hand side.
Get a shallow tray under there and slacken the filter and you can slowerly drain the water out from there.
Or pull the washer out and lower the drain hose into a bowl and the water will drain frm there.
Once the water is out you can then fully remove the filter and give it a good clean out in there. Then look inside the chamber were the filter goes and at the back you will see the pump impeller X shape. Check this isnt jammed up.
Once thats all clear then check the drain hose as well and make sure thats fine.
Then retry the washer and fingers crossed this will cure it. But if not and theres no blockage in there then its possibley a faulty pump.
