VerifiedHi, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I suspect there may be something in the sump assembly, but let's try something. Pour about 1/2 pint of vegetable oil in the bottom of the tub and run a full cycle (no dishes). Does the noise still present mid cycle?
Excellent! Yes, vegetable oil will flow through the pump and lubricate all moving parts and help to permeate the seals to prevent drying out. It is an old trick that is used often in Bosch machines to remedy noise. It is good preventive maintenance, too!
