VerifiedHi, I'm Daniel and I'll be helping you today I've been repairing white goods for 20+ yrs. and currently work for a well-know manufacturer.
Turn the dial to off.
Press and hold the start button and the button to the left.
Keep them held in and turn the dial 1 click clockwise
Wait a few seconds then let go of the buttons.
Now the leds will be flashing so turn the dial 9 clicks clockwise.
Now the start light will be flashing. Count the number of red flashes then the number of green and let me know.
Then turn the washer off then on then back off again.

Thanks for that. This error is E51 and its either the motor itself is down to earth or the control board is the fault, Either way its an expensive fix im afraid.
But to find out which it is you need to pull the washer out and remove the back panel. There you will see the moor at the bottom of the drum. Pull the wiring block out from the motor so its disconnected.
Then set it going on a wash and see if it fills with water and starts a cycle. The drum wont turn but see if it will fill and set to drain and see if it drains. If it does then the motor is the fault and will need to be replaced.
But if disconnecting the motor and trying it its the same then the control board is the fault and will need to be replaced.
Sorry its not good news but this is either the motor of the control board and by doing the above you will be able to find out which it is.
