VerifiedHi, I'm Daniel and I'll be helping you today I've been repairing white goods for 20+ yrs. and currently work for a well-know manufacturer.
When them lights are flashing if you look at the row of lights on the far right going down which lights are lit up at the time?
As thats the error code.

Hi Daniel, the light between the 9h and the spin symbol and the one below beside the sun symbol are on

Ok this error code is F13 which is a dryer NTC (temperture sensor) fault.
What you need to do on this is remove the top and from there you will see the metal dryer chamber. Towards the front on the right hand side is the dryer NTC. It will have 2 thin wires going to it.
Check the wiring for any broken wires. Then you need a multi meter to test the NTC as this should give a reading of about 20 Kohms roughly. If faulty then you need to replace this.
But if the wiring and the NTC are both fine then im afraid the control board at the back at the bottom will be the fault here.
But for this its will be a lot cheaper to get Indesit in to fix it on there fixed price repair which is about £110. As the boards are blank so you would need to buy the programing software aswell if you were to fix it yourself so that wont be worth it. It will be cheaper for Indesit to replace the board as they will program it with there laptop.
But check the NTC and wiring first as it could just be this.
