The only way you would be able to spin gentle wash items at that speed would be to select a spin program after the gentle wash has completed. You can select the 1200 when you select spin only. The machine won't pre program this as 1200 spin isn't for "gentle" items and the spin speed is set for the type of wash selected.

If you post the E-Nr number of the appliance (on a label in the door recess) I can double check this for you, but, I don't know of any Bosch washing machine that can be set to spin this fast on a gentle wash.
