If it's only the door lock light that flashes, you need to unplug the appliance and check the carbon brushes on the motor.
See if they've worn out.
If your motor has no carbon brushes, it's a 3 phase motor and it's the motor and/or control board that will need changing.
Check the motor, see what you find and get back to me.
