Take the drawer out.
Where you put the conditioner, take the syphon cover/tube out.
Clean out the tube in the drawer and in the cover.
Refit the syphon cover, hold the drawer over the sink and fill it with water.
If it syphons, good stuff.
If not, you'll need a new drawer.
Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help.
