VerifiedHello my name is Mike, I will be assisting you with this problem today. Thanks for trusting JA to help you with this appliance question.
Sounds like the lock has failed, First pull the machine out then take the top off the machine, once off (make sure the unit is unplugged) reach down then pull the manual release tab on the door lock. The door should pop open.
Once you have your clothes out put the top back on and plug the machine back in, Try a cycle with no clothes in the machine, if the door does not unlock again replace the lock.
You can get the part at any local appliance parts shop.
