I have a Bosch duo fridge/freezer over 10 years old and trouble free until I tried to quick freeze some ice cream by pushing the orange super button. How do I reset as a normal temperature freezer?What does the green freezer button far left do?should it be lit up to show normal freezer working mode?Don't know model number sorry.Answer Summary
Its a bit hard without a model number to know which machine you have. But if the green power light isnt lit which it should be and it starts to defrost untill you press the fast freeze button then it sounds like a problem with the control unit im afraid..As when you press the fast freeze it just bypasses the compressor and keeps it running all the time.

Sorry for the delay. Its a bit hard without a model number to know which machine you have.

As when you press the fast freeze it just bypasses the compressor and keeps it running all the time. If the fast freeze is turned off and it defrost then all it can really be is a fault on the control unit im afraid.
