machine has stopped in the cycle and the on/off,reduced creases,and mini load lights are flashing!

When it stops is the washer still full of water?

Ok them lights flashing is a draining error code.

What you need to do if you can is pull the washer out and get the drain hose and lower it into a bucket and this will let gravity drain the water out.

Then remove the plastic trim on the front at the bottom and from there you will see the filter unscrew the filter and remove it.

From there clear out any debris thats in there.

Then look at the back of the chamber were the filter goes and you will see the pump impeller X shape. Check there isnt anything stuck in there stopping the impeller from turning.

Once its all clear refit the filter and retry the washer and see how it goes from there.

Fingers crossed this will just be a blockage in there and it will get the washer all up and running again.

just wanted to reply to you before giving a rating.

drained the water and cleaned the filter and found 2 coins a button and other bits.

have done a wash and all seems ok.
