VerifiedHi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is Kelly and I look forward to helping you! The issue is with the wiring harness at the bottom of the door. You will need to remove the screws from around the inner door and separate the panels to access the wiring for inspection. I suspect you will find a broken wire or two in that harness.
