fridge freezer model no.ke9600-0-2t have got water leeking from bootom of freezer door
Good afternoon. this issue is caused by a block drain line in the freezer behind the panel. remove your food from the freezer then the shelves and then the back panel inside, there will be a drain hole thats probably covered in ice so you wont really see it until you melt the ice. it will be in the center below the silver coils. take boiling water and pour it over the ice until it all melts and the water drains freely again. this happens from time to time on these. hope this helps, thanks and best wishes for a happy holiday season. have already done this using a hair dryer but wondered if there is a drain hole in the ice making facility?

thats not usually an issue. Did you get this ice defrosted until it drained freely ? was there ice under the coils ? was the drain frozen when you took the panel out?

willtry again bryan many thanks for your help.

your welcome. if there was ice under those coils you most likely didn't get all the ice out. boiling water works best, XXXXX XXXXX great day. thanks , Bryan
