Hi, I have a hotpoint 7kg aquarius washing machine, the door is locking but the door locked light is not coming on so the machine will not start its cycle. Thanks Hi, just one small thing,the new brushes have arrived I have replaced them and the machine is now working fine but the door lock light is not illuminating??Answer Summary
At the back either side are the carbon brushes. If they have worn down then they need to be replaced..Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there..Check them and see what you find.
