The Famous Forry :
Your machine is probably not working due to the pump or filter being blocked or in need of replacement. You will need to drain out the water manually in order to check fiter housing. Lower the drain hose (Grey ridged Plastic pipe) into a washing up bowl close as possible to the floor and syphon out as much water as possible. Usually three- 5 five bowl fulls and the put big towel down by fiter , (bottom right or bottom left of your machine and remove filter. Check for blockage, if blockage found, remove ,refit and away you go. If no blockage found then you need to check inside pump and remove blockage or test pump for correct operation. You can come back to me for this if requred. Please ISOLATE all ELECTRIC before trying any repairs. Best Wishes regards David.
