This answer was rated:

i have a R-L36 fridge freezer and the beeping noise keeps going with the freezer light showing and the temperature moving constantly from -18 to -25 and around again and i can not stop it. This was bought in 2000 and my manual does not have a fault finding section.
thanking you in advance [email protected]

Drcool : Hello, sounds like a shorted temperature setting button of the freezer. the beeping sound is an acknowledgement that a button has been pressed and the temperature set of the freezer is Changing, meaning the button has been pressed. The remedy would be to replace the electronic board where the switch is located. it could be the whole touch pad of the unit.

Coud you tell us how to order and replace the electronic board?
