Ok if the door wont open then turn washer off and leave for 5 mins then give the door handle a bang and see if it will open then.
.
If still not opening then you need to pull the washer out and take the top off.
From there look down on the inside at the front on the right and you will see the door lock.
.
Poking thorough there is the metal door pin.
Reach in there and push this pin to the left and at the same time pull on the door and then it should open.
.
Once open you need to check the door handle as you will proberly find the handle will have snapped here.
