AEG oko favorit 5040 Dishwasher Pump runs on and machine…

It is the long blak hose running from the pump to the grey drainage hose that leads from the rear of the machine to the kitchen drain. The end that connects to the outlet hose is easily unclipped but the end at the pump is in an awkward position - what is the best way to access this without causing damage

I have the side off but not the small panel at the front - I will follow through. Looking at spare parts - what do I call this hose?

I am very satisfied so far but would be best able to give rating once job is completed - is this OK with you?

Yes it is the hose which runs from the pump to the back of the machine with bends near each end

Thank you for the info but it is the hose underneath the machine that attaches to the drain hose that you show - since I first wrote to you I have been looking on the web and it seems to be called the pump hose - I think that I will have to call one of the suppliers and confirm the right one for my model. AEG seem to show a hose that fits all of their models - but i will need to check on this. Oddly they also seem to have the lowest prices

I contacted AEG and they advised that they no longer supplied the short hose that connected to the pump and then to the drain hose but supplied a drain hose that connected to the pump as you advised. I then shortened the black pump hose ( the perished part was close to the drain hose) and reconnected to the drain hose and machine is now functioning perfectly. I can get a new hose to ensure that the remaining part of the black hose doesn't cause a problem in the near future.
