VerifiedCan you run a quick test for me? Can you remove everything out of the dishwasher and put 4 empty cups in the top rack (one in each corner facing upwards). Start a cycle and wait about 10 minutes. Open the door and are the cups filling up with water? Does the water cover the bottom of the dishwasher tub from front to back?
ok so that's good, that means that your pump is working properly which unfortunately means that your dishwasher is just not spraying through the arms correctly or you're stacking dishes in the way of the dispenser.. Try to clean out the middle spray arm under the top rack with a toothpick. Once you feel it's clean, run a cycle without any dishes and see if the detergent now flushes out properly and disolves. If you still get the same problem, replace that top rack wash arm. If you don't have the issue anymore, then you should be good to go and just be careful to not stick dishes that can cause cause a problem with the water to the dispenser.
