Ok what you may find here is the evaporator inside the freezer is blocked up stopping the airflow into the fridge section.
What you need to do is either a full defrost of the appliance for 24 hours and keep the freezer door open.
This will allow the ice to melt then you can retry the appliance and see how it goes from there.
Or remove the back panel inside the freezer to see the evaporatotr. From there use a hairdryer and defrost it with this.
Then once clear retry and see how it goes. But if it does it again in say 3 weeks time then there will be a defrost fault. Possibley either the defrost heater , thermal cutouts or the control board at fault.
You will need a multimeter to test the defrost heater. This is wrapped around the evaporator inside the freezer.
