What this will be is a blocked drain hole inside the freezer.
What you need to do is empty the freezer and then take off the back panel inside the freezer.
From there you will see the drain channel at the bottom. Defrost all the ice in there then in the middle you will see the drain hole.
Pore boiling water into there and clear the hole. Poke something in there and make sure its all clear.
Then just test it by poreing water in there and make sure it drains away.
Then refit the back panel and this will cure the fault here.

But if it does it again then try a defrost and see how it goes from there.
