3 flashes is a heating error but there can be a number of things which can cause this.
Theres either the heater itself or the wiring going down the door into the plastic holder or the control board itself.
So to be honest you will be best to get someone in to check it first and who ever you get in can also get parts for these.
Unless you have a multimeter and some tools and are able to check the dishwasher out yourself. As i can talk you through it and test the heater and check the wiries.
So unless we know which part it is then theres no point in buying the part first then getting someone in.
Let me know what you want to do with this. As if you want to try and find the fault yourself just get back to me.
As to an enginner in london i dont no any as im up in machester. You can try whirlpool direct there number is XXXXX they will be able to put you through to your local repair center who can help.
