There are 2 thermal fuses (or thermal cut outs) on your appliance.

One of these is likely open circuit.

Click here for replacement cut out kit

Isolate the power to the appliance.

Take the rear panel off.

Check the wiring at the connector block on the rear, if any broken, repair and try the machine again.

If all are ok, follow the wires from the live connection and you'll see they go through thermal fuses (a bulge in the wire, normally encased in plastic and clamped to the frame) or thermal cut out. It all depends on what has been fitted to your machine.

If it's a thermal fuse, you need to fit the entire kit instead of the wire with the fuse.

If it's fitted with cut outs already, you just replace the cut outs.

The change is a modification from Beko.

The original thermal fuse in the wire is no longer available.

Check it out, see what you find, get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
