Ok lets see what the error code is.
To do this turn the dial to a spin setting then press and hold the start button and the button to the left.
Keep them held in and after a few seconds the error code will come on the display if you have one E??
Or if no display screen the start light will flash red and green. You need to count the res flashs and the green flashes and let me know.

It will fill and drain its just wont turn the drum but its the start light which we want to see if it stops flashing when the motor is disconnected.
