HiThats error code E21 which is a draining error code. What you need to do is check the filter in the bottom right hand corner. But the error code you have is a draining error code.

Thats error code E21 which is a draining error code.
What you need to do is check the filter in the bottom right hand corner. You need to clear this and in the back were the filter goes you will see the pump impeller X shape. Make sure theres nothing jammed up in there stopping it from turning.
But the error code you have is a draining error code.
