Hi, i wonder if you could help. I have an AEG Santo fridge (1 piece door) - We were loading drinks into the fridge and it took long, the alarm came on, which we reset it then simply cut out (light went out). Once we reset and closed the door the tempreture is at 19 degrees and the alarm light will not go out, and the fridge will not get cold. I have switched off the fridge for 5 minutes and then switched it on again, and the temp still reads 19 degrees and the Alarm light is on, but it still does not get cold. Please Help.

Can you post the product number please.

It will be on a sticker inside the fridge at the bottom behind the salad box and will start with a 9.

But you need to prefix it with an A otherwise it will get crossed out.

eg A912345678

It simply does not have a prefix, i have just googles AEG Santo Fridge 72348-ka and got a whole lot of sites with info but none prefix.

What i mean is you need to put the A in front of the product number i know it doesnt have it on the sticker so put the A yourself in front of the number.

As the model number you posted ive got up but theres 12 versions of that model number.

Ok the product number you posted hasnt come through you have to put an A in front of the product number.

So the number will be like thisNNN-NN-NNNN/p>

You need to post it on here as A912345678

Forget about the model number for now i need the product number.

Ok were not getting anywere with the product number so will leve this now.

Is the compressor still running at the back of the fridge?

Is it hot to touch?

It seems to be working, as i went to check now the temp has gone down to 18. So let me see what happens in the next half an hour or so.

It took 2 days to come down to normal,

Ok strange as it should only take about 4 hours from warm to get to temp.

Does it seem to be holding the temp?

If you feel the compressor at the back is it hot to touch?
