Hi That light flashing is a time out heating error code. What you need to do is pull the dishwasher out and take the right hand side panel off. If ok then you will need a multimeter and test the heater. If faulty then it will need to be replaced.

That light flashing is a time out heating error code.
What you need to do is pull the dishwasher out and take the right hand side panel off.
From there you will see the heater at the bottom. Check the wiring on there and make sure it hasnt burnt out.
If ok then you will need a multimeter and test the heater. It should read about 28 ohms. If faulty then it will need to be replaced.
If the heater and wiring is fine then you need to check the thermostat (if fitted) as some models dont have 1 If its there it will be near the heater.
If thats all ok then you need to check the control board as then heater relay on there may have burnt out. If so try and see if you can resolder it as you get a dry joint on there.
But the light you have is a heating error code.
