The combination of lights you posted indicates the anti flood device in the base has been activated.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the cover below the front panel off.
Remove the water in the base.
(The base is below the tub, it's not inside the tub or the sump bowl).
Once removed, plug in and try the machine again.
If it starts working and fails again with the same lights, you have a leak.
In this case, you'll need to take the appliance out and take the side panels off.
Remove the water in the base again and try the machine.
Watch to see if it's leaking, locate and cure the leak to rectify the problem.
