Hi Ok if the filter is clear and the drain hose is aswell then its possible either the motor or control board at fault here stopping it from going into a spin. But this will still be cheaper then a local repair company doing it. So as the washer isnt that old its proberly worth the £105 fixed price repair to get it up and running again as you now the price wont be more then that.

Ok if the filter is clear and the drain hose is aswell then its possible either the motor or control board at fault here stopping it from going into a spin.
Now hopoint do a fixed price repair service which is about £105 this includes all parts and labour.
So for the £105 you will get the washer up and running by hotpoint as they need to reprogramme the board with there laptop. But this will still be cheaper then a local repair company doing it.
So as the washer isnt that old its proberly worth the £105 fixed price repair to get it up and running again as you now the price wont be more then that.

Hotpoint and indesit are the same company just different names on the front of the washers thats all.
