Can you post the product number (pnc) it will start with either a 6 or a 9 but you need to prefix it with an A to stop it from getting crossed out. Like this A912345678
Also if you restart the dishwasher will it drain the water out then?

Ok the first thing to check is the drain hose and were it drains to. If it goes under a sink then take the spigot off and check this is all clear.
If thats ok then you need to scoop the water out from inside the dishwasher.
Then take the lower inspection cover off below the door.
From there on the far right is the drain pump. This is a twsit fit pump so you need to twist it off.
Then from there check to see if theres anything blocked up in there.
Make sure the impeller on the pump turns ok as it should ping round in stages. If its stiff to turn then the pump will need to be replaced.
Once its all clear refit the pump and retry the dishwasher and see how it goes from there.
